Receptionist All Rounder - CASUAL, Part-time or Full-time

We’re looking for colleagues to join our team that have a can-do attitude, love to help, are not afraid to embrace change and keen to learn new skills - with training and support - to create awesome travel memories for our guests.

Pay and Award

Casual $25.80 - $32.25p/hr depending on skills and age in line with Hospitality Industry (General) Award (MA000009).

Qualifications and experience

• A welcoming smile with personality. You need to authentically enjoy working with customers as you are the face of our business.
• Great personal presentation. It is important for us that we provide a memorable and positive experience to all our guests.
• The ability to communicate with a diverse range of people in a professional manner. The ability to initiate contact and build rapport easily with all our guests and stakeholders is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, including outstanding phone manner is essential.
• Work closely with a small team of guest service professionals to ensure our guests enjoy their stay to the fullest.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.
• Completed Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificate… or willingness to complete.

Other information

Onsite accommodation can be negotiated for a fulltime role or a candidate looking to take on supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

Housekeeper - Part Time

Hillcrest seeks experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Housekeeping team on a casual basis. An individual with commitment to quality work and attention to detail whom is confident in the provision of a beautifully presented guest and staff working environment.


HOUSEMAN - CASUAL

The Hillcrest Housemen is an individual capable to independently assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds and provide support to our housekeeping, and reception team. An eye for detail in presentation of the properties grounds, landscaping and public areas. A multi skilled individual with an authentic approach to customer service and an overall team player eager to assist all departments and guest needs as needed. Must have a license.
